A platform for dancers to further their professional careers without spending thousands of dollars on an audition tour one city at a time. Be seen by 20 company directors in one California location! Session 1 is December 28-29, 2025. Session 2 is December 30-31, 2025. Each dancer will be seen in a ballet and modern class. Company directors will decide who they wish to call back, and each director will work in their own way with the dancers they call back.

Learn more >>Summer Intensive Registration is Open! IBA Cary offers a seven-week summer intensive program designed for students age 9 and up who dance at an intermediate level and up. The program focuses on intensive classical training and is designed to challenge and encourage the student. Classes in ballet technique, pointe, partnering, variations, jazz, modern, stretch and conditioning are combined with seminars focusing on proper nutrition and injury prevention. The goal is to provide opportunities for a dancer to grow both technically and artistically. Upon acceptance, students may select to attend anywhere from 1 week up to 7 weeks of the program.
