- Applicants must submit application form along with two full body shots in a dance position in dance attire (example: 1st arabesque 90°, sauté - 2nd feet position) and your portrait picture.

- The minimum age to take part in our Ballet Summer Course in Madrid is 14 years.
- Participants will be assigned to classes depending on their qualification and age, to guarantee the highest possible level for all involved.
- The application deadline for the ART of Ballet Summer Course in Madrid is July 4th, 2025.
- All payments, including the course fee, must be made within two weeks of receiving the confirmation letter, but no later than the application deadline.
- Friday, July 4, 2025: Elementary Classes 4, Secondary & DNSP Preparatory (years of birth 2009 to 2011)
- All candidates will pass a first selection during a ballet class, where some candidates will be eliminated
- Only the candidates who passed the first selection can participate to the 2nd step of the audition, which will include a ballet class and a contemporary class
- Higher levels will have additional steps if they progress to the next round

- The application process for Belhaven University and the dance program are two separate items - both needed for admittance to the school and dance department
- Audition registration form is required before attending audition
- Dancers will need to submit a head shot and first arabesque photo within this registration
- Audition Attire:
- Men should wear the following:
- Tight-fitting t-shirt
- Black tights
- Athletic pants or shorts that can be worn over ballet tights for the contemporary dance portion
- Ballet shoes for ballet portion
- Women should wear the following:
- Solid-colored leotard
- Pink or skin-toned tights
- Leggings or cropped pants that can be worn over ballet tights for the contemporary dance portion
- Secured hair
- Ballet slippers for the ballet portion; pointe shoes are optional

- International students may apply for admission to The HARID Conservatory’s Summer Intensive by submitting a video.
- Students residing in the United States who are unable to attend a scheduled audition may also submit a video application.
- With few exceptions, attending the Summer Intensive is required for students seeking admission to HARID for the academic year.
- There will be a $40 audition fee
- Applicants will need to submit the required registration form along with their video submission.
