Auditions Weekend of August 1st

Ballet Co.Laboratory is accepting video submissions for Company and Apprentice Auditions for the 2025/2026 Season until 8/1.

- Looking for versatile and accomplished classically trained dancers with partnering and pointe experience

- 34 to 36-week contracts beginning Fall 2025

- Paid Apprentice and Company Artist positions for 25/26 season

- How to apply:

          - CV/Resume

          - References

          - Answer Questions:

                    - Why Ballet Co.Laboratory?

                    - How do you see ballet evolving into the future?

                    - What are you looking for in a dance home?

          - Include audition video (must be under 5 min in length)

                    - Class work (at least two center exercises)

                    - Classical variation or performance clip

                    - Contemporary variation or performance clip

- Artistic Director will take up to four weeks to review application materials 

- Applicants who move forward in the audition process will be contacted about setting up a 20-30 min Zoom interview

- Deadline to apply is August 1, 2025

Reverie Dance Company has an audition for Dancers for the 25/26 Season on 8/2.

American Midwest Ballet has their Nutcracker Community Auditions 2025 on 8/2.

- Performances will be November 22nd and 23rd at the Hoff Family ARts & Culture Center in Council Bluffs, and December 5-7 at the Orpheum Theater in Omaha

- Roles will be available for dancers age 9 and up

Noumenon Dance Ensemble has an audition for Dancers for the 2025-2026 Season on 8/3.

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre has an audition for their Junior Division Programs on 8/5.

- Students are placed in a level at the time of audition

- Level placement is determined based on several factors including, but not limited to proficiency in ballet and modern

- Students are required to take all classes assigned to their level

- New York City Audition:

          - 4:00pm - ages 7-8

          - 5:30pm - ages 9-11

          - Required registration for audition opens July 15, 2025

          - Students must attend the audition session of the age they will be by September 1st
