Garage, with the rest of the classes taking place on Zoom.

Open Ballet is a one hour class, the majority of which is a
typical barre followed by a few combinations in the center.
Floor barre is a great opportunity to use gravity to feel the
right muscles for ballet movements. It is designed to help improve
upper bodying- aplomb. It's a great way to start your day whether
or not you're using it as a warmup for open ballet.
Taiji practice is a good way to learn basic of Taiji, Chen Style
and benefit from its stress relieving value.
What to expect from class? We are doing carefully selected warm up movements (exercises). Working on standing position and cloud
hands. We are learning the form Laojia Yi Lu. Also you can practice
Taiji sitting on a chair. Taiji classes are free. Come and join us!
