Advanced Level students ages 15-22 have the opportunity to study alongside the Company as Trainees of Ballet Co.Laboratory. Trainees are advanced students looking to join a professional Company. Trainees study three to four times a week during the day with the Company in class and rehearsal in addition to being fully enrolled in the Performing Arts Division at Ballet Co.Laboratory within the Trainee Program. Trainees participate in all season productions and outreach performances. Auditions for Ballet Co.Laboratory’s Trainee Program occur annually. Trainees begin in August with the Advanced Summer Intensive and continue with classes and rehearsals in to the Company Season. Trainees dance an average of 30 hours a week.Updated: Oct. 11, 2025
