The Performance Ensemble is a project-based opportunity for dancers to participate in Ballet Embody’s mainstage productions only—specifically, The Maryland Nutcracker (fall) and our narrative spring ballet. This flexible performance track is designed for dancers who: Are passionate about performing Enjoy dancing and have some previous experience Want to be part of a high-caliber production Cannot commit to the year-round expectations of the Student or Professional Company Performance Ensemble dancers are cast only in the production(s) they audition for. They are not expected to participate in additional company events such as festivals, galas, or outreach performances. This is a flexible, inclusive performance track designed to celebrate artistry, support community participation, and bring Ballet Embody’s storytelling to life with a diverse range of dancers. Eligibility: All dancers must register and attend the posted audition. Rehearsals are held on Sundays at Synergy Space (Westminster, MD), with occasional Saturdays added closer to the performance. Age 8+ are eligible to audition. Dancers from any studio or school are welcome. Please bring pointe shoes if applicable.Associated Jobs
