Description

The "Trainer Program" is a training and apprenticeship plan designed for those who want to pursue a professional career in dance. During this path, which lasts from 1 to a maximum of 3 years, based on the level of entry, the young dancers will have the opportunity to perfect and consolidate their technique with a varied and high-quality class program and at the same time they will be able to take their first steps in the work thanks to an internship with the Company. The trainers may be included, at the discretion of the Direction, in Balletto di Siena’s productions, as additional dancers on call; the trainers included in the productions will have a correct INPS classification according to the current national contracts. This will allow the Trainers to obtain INPS/Ex Enpals registration number and enjoy the payment of the contributions required by law for entertainment workers. As long as they are within the program, the Trainers will not be able to receive compensation, but this inclusion will allow them to formally document the apprenticeship and performance experience that they will gain during the program and more easily access the admission requirement for auditions. If the internship performance takes place off-site and on a business trip, the trainer will be guaranteed accommodation, meals and transportation at the company's expense. The trainers will follow the Company's daily class and subsequent rehearsals every day. In the afternoon, they will follow a program of higher academic and complete training to consolidate their educational background, included in the courses of Ateneo della Danza, the official school of Balletto di Siena.
