Ballet training provides the base for almost any dancer. This unique process which gradually develops the body in the most balanced, sublime manner has proven to be essential in physical activities such as gymnastics and figure skating; greatly beneficial for achieving proper coordination in almost any sport from swimming to football, and can greatly enhance any lifestyle. Each of our ballet classes consists of various exercises including barre-work, center placement, stretching, adagio, allegro, port de bras, and turn combinations. Length of class and difficulty of material given differs according to the level of achievement, age, and physical development.
