Beginning this year, we are excited to offer two opportunities for students to audition or submit a portfolio for review – one in the fall (early November) and one in the winter (mid-January). This is a chance for prospective students to audition or submit a portfolio to be considered for department talent awards. Students must intend to apply to the College of Charleston in order to participate. Interested students may attend in-person or submit materials virtually. Please note: While an audition/portfolio review is not required for acceptance into the Theatre major, auditions are required for placement into Dance technique classes and acceptance into the Performance and Choreography concentration of the Dance major.Updated: Oct. 19, 2025
