Option #1: Accommodation is provided at the ESB lodging, adjacent to the dance studios where Winter School will take place. Supervision and three daily healthy meals are included in the package: Breakfast, lunch and dinner + fruit and snacks all day. Meals are prepared on-site by ESB cook using fresh ingredients, following the guidelines of ESB nutritionist to ensure that dancers get adequate nutrition, and served on a buffet style at the ESB canteen. We cater to most of the more common dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, gluten or lactose-free).
