We are looking for professional dancers as well as apprentices to expand our cast of company dancers for Julia Robert & Rudi Cole’s upcoming new creation, planned to premiere in 2027. The R&D and Creation Periods will happen on a project base basis thoughout 2026 and 2027, with touring dates extending beyond 2027. Professional dancers should: — Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience — Have impeccable musicality and counting — Move with fluidity and rhythm — Be ready to be challenged — Be able to cooperate and participate in team work — Demonstrate excellent improvisation skills — Embody Performance presence — Be willing to learn and grow Apprentice dancers should: — Be over 18 years old and 25 or under. — Have musical and counting skills — Move with fluidity and rhythm — Be ready to be challenged — Be able to cooperate and participate in team work — Demonstrate improvisation skills — Be willing to learn and grow We particularly encourage individuals from black and mixed ethnic backgrounds to apply. Please Note: International dancers (outside the UK or the EU) are welcomed to apply; however, no International travel (outside the UK or EU) will be covered during the contracted periods. AUDITION PROCESS — Stage 1 > ONLINE Workshop with Julia & Rudi and HUMANHOOD company dancers. Date: Sunday 14th September 2025 Times: 13h - 16h (GMT, London Time) Please note: no cuts will be made during Stage 1. An admin fee of £8 will be applied, which will go towards contributing to all technicalities and administration to make this workshop possible. Successful applicants will receive an invitation to attend the in-person Audition. You will be able to choose to attend either in Birmingham or Barcelona. Please note if you are attending the in-person workshops in Birmingham or Barcelona happening the same week as Stage 2 In-Person Audition, you will not need to attend the Online Workshop and will be invited directly to the In-Person Audition. If you wish to know more about the workshops, please click HERE. — Stage 2 > In-Person Audition in Birmingham (UK) or Barcelona (Spain) Birmingham (UK) Dates: 11th & 12th October 2025 OR Barcelona (Spain) Dates: 18th & 19th October 2025 Please note: cuts will happen throughout the two days of the in-person audition. Successful applicants will receive an invitation to attend our Movement Lab in Orsolina28, Italy. — Stage 3 > Movement Lab in Orsolina28 Dates: 14th - 22nd November 2025 A reduced number of applicants will be invited to join the company for a dedicated Movement Lab in the beautiful surroundings of Orsolina28 in Italy. Please note, this last stage of the audition will be paid and expenses will be covered (except international travel outside the UK and EU). Successful candidates will be offered a contract with the company to join the company’s new Creation Periods from 2026 onwards. Both Professional and Apprentice positions will be paid and supported through the company’s well-being program, including physiotherapist checks.
