All dancers, whether auditioning in-person or submitting a video audition, must fill out the audition form below. MBT Studios 400 Harvard Street Cambridge, MA 02138 (in Harvard Square) Dancers are to wear form-fitting dance attire with long hair pulled back away from the face in a bun or twist.
