(Formerly Missouri Contemporary Ballet) Mareck Center for Dance, home of our professional company Mareck Dance, school and outreach programs, is a professional organization that creates and presents world-class productions and educational opportunities through the art of dance.

Mareck Dance is based in the city of Columbia, home of the University of Missouri and a thriving arts scene. Our resident stage is the magnificent and historic Missouri Theatre, and we are a part of the distinguished University of Missouri Concert Series.

Each season Mareck Dance presents on average three original productions, including several world premieres. We also welcome and foster up-and-coming guest choreographers, and frequently partner with local musicians and arts organizations.
