The Basic Dance Course, lasting five years, works in a regime articulated with the Regular Course of Basic Education - 2º and 3º Cycles - where there is a Protocol signed with PALLCO, consisting of a curricular structure that, for five years, includes disciplines and disciplinary areas in the components of general training and artistic training, according to Ordinance No. 223-A/2018. Students of the Basic Dance Course are exempted from disciplines or school times of the regular education curriculum in order to free up workload to be able to attend the subjects that make up the Curriculum Plan of artistic education, at Pallco's facilities. The Articulated Regime is free for candidates covered by a Sponsorship Contract. The selected candidate who is not admitted to the articulated regime financed by insufficient vacancies may enter the articulated regime as self-financed, remaining in the articulated teaching class of the regular school he intends to attend. Students are selected by taking a Selection Test designed from a model and application rules approved by ANQEP. The Selection Test aims to identify and select candidates, who meet the necessary conditions to develop their skills, through quality training. It has an eliminatory character and candidates are required to obtain a minimum rating of 50% under penalty of being automatically considered "Not Admitted". Curriculum Structure The study plan of the Basic Dance Course is recognized and authorized by the Ministry of Education defined by the legislation in force under Ordinance No. 223-A/2018.
