Description

Pegasus Contemporary Ballet is seeking local and regionally based choreographers in DFW, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas for a new project in the spring of 2026. Artists will be commissioned to create a new 10-12 minute work, incorporating a specific choreographic theme and task as part of a larger evening-length production. Our goal is to highlight local and regional talent and provide opportunities for choreographic voices in DFW, Texas, and nearby cities. Creative residencies will take place January 26 – March 16, 2026. Tech week and performances will take place in Dallas, March 31 – April 4, 2026. All choreographers will be compensated, and those from outside of DFW will be provided a travel stipend.
