Pointeworks Summer 2026 Mentorship Program invites 10 pre-professional students to San Diego for an immersive company experience. This tuition-free program is designed to build dancers’ skills through rare professional-world experiences such as taking company classes, learning company repertoire, connecting with renowned performers through Q&As, engaging in professional development building, and observing the creative process with today’s choreographers and dancers.

Session Description
Pointeworks invites pre-professional dancers to apply for its Summer 2026 Mentorship Program, an immersive, fully funded company experience in San Diego. Selected dancers will work directly alongside a professional ballet company, gaining access to rehearsals, repertory, and mentorship from leading artists in the field. This program is designed to bridge the gap between training and a professional career, offering a first-hand experience inside a working company environment.
