Queensland Ballet Academy invites passionate young dancers to audition for entry into our Lower and Upper School Programs — designed for students in Academic Years 7 to 12 who aspire to a professional career in ballet or dance. These full-time, integrated programs provide a unique opportunity to combine world-class ballet training with a comprehensive academic education at Kelvin Grove State College. Students benefit from Queensland Ballet Academy’s professional training environment while continuing their secondary school studies, without compromise. To coincide with our Melbourne auditions, we're hosting our popular Elite Training Series. Participants from 12 years of age will enjoy professional training in ballet, contemporary dance and repertoire, as well as a Q&A / Information forum to find out more about Queensland Ballet Academy and working towards a career in the industry. For this Melbourne event, participants can opt to do both the training and audition, or either/or, and the appropriate fee will apply.
