RDT is seeking two dancers for the 2026-2027 season. While the positions RDT is seeking to fill have traditionally been held by female and/or male-identified individuals, we welcome people of all gender identities and expressions to audition. All will be considered equally. Position Requirements: -Be prepared to sign a two-year contract. -Be willing to relocate to Salt Lake City, Utah for all contracted weeks be a citizen of the USA or have a Green Card. -Have a degree in dance (BA, BS, or BFA) from an accredited college/university or equivalent in professional dance experience showcase outstanding technical skill. -Have some experience in and ability to perform a wide range of modern/contemporary movement styles as well as classical modern dance techniques such as Graham, Limon, and Cunningham. -Have experience with partnering, serving as both a lifter/base and lifted/flyer as well as showcasing physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. -Have some experience choreographing dance works and/or show an interest in developing their own choreographic skills. -Have some experience with teaching (university pedagogy class and/or practical experience) K-12th grade students as well as show interest in developing their teaching skills. ***Season 2026-27 rehearsals begin July 1, 2026; however, if possible, dancers must also be available for some role transfer work in June 2026.
