Royal Conservatory of Dance integrates dance education with regular education at the School for Young Talent (SvJT). The dance program consists of daily lessons in the subjects of classical ballet, pointe technique, physical training, modern dance, repertoire, pas de deux, character, flamenco, improvisation, Dutch Dance Theater repertoire and Dutch School. In addition, presentations and performances are an important part of the program. The SvJT Dance offers children from primary school group 7 who have successfully auditioned a continuous learning path that allows admission to the Bachelor of Dance at the end of secondary school. The Royal Conservatory, together with the Netherlands Dance Theater, Residentie Orchestra and the Amare Foundation, is housed in the Amare cultural center in the center of The Hague.
