Scotland’s national dance company is seeking male identifying dancers (at corps de ballet & soloist levels) Please note that a requirement at the current time (to fit in with existing productions and staging requirements), is a minimum height of 175cm for male identifying dancers. In a nutshell, we want to hear from you if you have: A strong base in classical training and experience in working with contemporary choreography. Professional performance experience (minimum 2 years). A strong knowledge of the technical and artistic standards of Scottish Ballet. The ability to develop positive working relationships and to work within a team. A strong affiliation with Scottish Ballet’s productions and our values. It’s a full-time role (initially offered on a 12-month probationary basis): Salary dependent on level (this could be at Artist, First Artist, or Soloist level). The role is 38 hours per week (full time). This role is based in Glasgow at SB HQ, with requirement to travel extensively with the Company on tour in the UK and internationally.
