Our Ballet Division Program consists of a proven, integrated ballet curriculum focusing on the strong classical foundations needed to build and develop a healthy dancer. Required classes in other forms are included to diversify skills. Accelerated classes are offered for students who wish to intensify their training schedule. Boys take specialized classes to prepare them for bravura ballet vocabulary; these classes are required for boys in Ballet 3, Ballet 3X, and Ballet 4. Pointe work, which requires physical and technical readiness, is introduced incrementally beginning in Ballet 3. Children aged 7 and older progress at their own pace from entry level Ballet 1 through Ballet 4. The Ballet Division is open to all interested students; level assignment requires a placement from our faculty. Some accelerated classes require an audition to assess student readiness, for additional pointe work.
