All programs housed in the Department of Theatre & Dance (excluding Arts Management) require an audition or interview for acceptance. The Department of Theatre & Dance partners with Acceptd so you can view application, audition and interview detail, submit your application and materials online, and schedule the location and date of your audition/interview. The department accepts a limited number of new students each year so you can learn, work and perform with a select group of students under the guidance of our world-class faculty. Step One: Submit your university application for the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point at University of Wisconsin Online Application (All students must be accepted to UW-Stevens Point prior to being accepted into the Department of Theatre and Dance.) Step Two: Apply to the Department of Theatre & Dance Use GetAcceptd ($35 application fee – this is submitted to and required by GetAcceptd, not UWSP) Applications will open for Fall 2025 on August 1, 2024.
