Auditions, which are required for all first-year and transfer students, are held each year in the winter for students who want to be considered for admission in the fall semester. Please see the program calendar for the audition schedule or refer to the B.F.A Dance Admission and Scholarship Application. Audition submissions for the Dance Program will be through wrighttheatredance.getacceptd.com. Your dance submissions will include a self-taped video of a brief ballet barre and four set video clips of combinations that you will learn, tape, and submit. These videos include a ballet adagio, ballet petite allegro, modern combination, and jazz combination. Optional virtual Master Classes will also be offered by the faculty.Updated: Sept. 23, 2025
