Auditions will take place on Sunday, 17 August 2025 in Bristol; applications will be accepted from May 2025 (date to be confirmed). Please keep an eye on our Facebook & Instagram pages for notifications of dates. Brecon Festival Ballet's professional auditions are held in conjunction with Ballet Audition Platform UK. This was created to help the large number of young UK-based dancers who have graduated from full time vocational training and are finding it difficult to get work, a situation that was exacerbated by Brexit and the Covid-19 pandemic. The hope is that the establishment of the platform will help enable the employment of “home-grown” dancers in UK-based companies.
