Description

The Youth Dance Company of the Municipality of San Martín is a space for research, creation, and dissemination of contemporary dance that fosters the growth and professionalization of each of its members. It develops a varied repertoire that allows it to perform in theaters as well as in unconventional venues. Its work methodology seeks to foster solidarity, respect, commitment, teamwork, and collective creation. The company's training program is free and includes classes in classical and contemporary dance, physical training, special classes, and guest choreographers. These, along with rehearsals, are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Plaza Cultural Complex in the municipality of San Martín. Dancers of the Youth Dance Company receive a financial support scholarship.
